Wednesday, April 11, 2012, 8:42 AM ETSchlumberger (SLB) will sell its Wilson International distribution unit, which distributes oilfield pipe, valves and fittings, to National Oilwell Varco (NOV) for an undisclosed amount. Varco, which makes equipment used in oil and gas drilling, expects to tap into new market opportunities with the deal. SLB +1.2%, NOV +1.3% premarket.
